Car
From Melbourne, take the M1 highway towards Sale and then follow signs to Lakes Entrance. Continue on the Princes Highway (M1) for approximately 280 km until you reach Lakes Entrance. Once in Lakes Entrance, follow the signs to Kalimna. Turn onto Unnamed Road and follow it until you reach the lookout. There is no entry fee for the lookout.

Take a V/Line train from Melbourne to Bairnsdale. The trip takes about 3.5 hours. From Bairnsdale, transfer to a V/Line bus heading to Lakes Entrance. The bus journey takes roughly 30 minutes. Once in Lakes Entrance, you can take a taxi or rideshare service to reach Lakes Entrance Lookout, located on Unnamed Road in Kalimna, which is about a 10-minute drive from the town center.
