Public Transport
The Gold Coast Aquatic Centre is easily accessible via public transport. From Broadbeach, take the 700 bus to Southport bus station, which is a short walk away. Alternatively, take the G:link tram to Southport Station and walk to the centre. As of July 2025, all public transport fares across Queensland are just $0.50 per journey.

From the Southport CBD, the Gold Coast Aquatic Centre is a pleasant walk through the Broadwater Parklands. Follow the signs towards the aquatic centre, enjoying the scenic views along the way. The walk takes approximately 15-20 minutes.

If driving, metered parking is available at the Gold Coast Aquatic Centre and in the surrounding Broadwater area. Parking fees apply between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Sunday, with an hourly rate of $3.40. Limited free parking is available for certain members and program enrollees. Several other parking options are available in Southport CBD.
