If you're starting from Surfers Paradise, head to the nearest bus stop on Gold Coast Highway. Take the G:link tram towards Broadbeach South. Get off at the 'Cavill Avenue' stop. From there, walk to the bus stop labeled 'Cavill Avenue, Stop 13'. Take bus number 705 towards Paradise Point. After about 15 minutes, get off at 'Labrador, Marine Parade'.
