Public Bus
To reach The Spit at Seaworld Dr, Main Beach, you can take the public bus. If you're near the Surfers Paradise area, head to the bus stop at Cavill Avenue. Look for bus route 750, which travels towards Southport. Once on the bus, enjoy the ride until you reach the stop named 'Main Beach, Seaworld'. From there, walk a short distance along Seaworld Dr, and you'll find The Spit on your left. The entire journey should take about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic.
Tram
If you're near the light rail tram station, board the G:link tram towards Broadbeach South. Get off at the 'Main Beach' station. From there, you'll need to walk for about 15 minutes. Head east on Gold Coast Highway, then turn left onto Seaworld Dr. Keep walking straight until you reach The Spit. This journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes in total.
Walking
If you are staying in the Main Beach area, The Spit is easily accessible on foot. Start from the Main Beach Park at the end of the Gold Coast Highway. Walk towards the beach and continue along the shoreline to the north. It’s a scenic walk that should take roughly 20 minutes. Once you reach Seaworld Dr, The Spit will be right there, where the land meets the water.
Ride-sharing Service
You can also use a ride-sharing service like Uber or Ola to get to The Spit. Simply open your app and set your destination to 'The Spit, Seaworld Dr, Main Beach'. The drivers are familiar with the area and can drop you off right at the entrance. Depending on your starting point, the ride should take about 10-20 minutes.
