If you are starting from Surfers Paradise, go to the nearest bus stop on the Gold Coast Highway and take the bus number 700 towards Tweed Heads. This bus runs regularly and will take you directly to Palm Beach. Once you board, stay on the bus for about 25 minutes. Get off at the Palm Beach Parklands stop, which is a short walk from the park entrance located at 945 Gold Coast Hwy.
