    From Goulburn Valley, take the Hume Highway (M31) heading southeast towards Albury. Continue on the Hume Highway for approximately 200 km until you reach the exit for Lake Hume Village. Take the exit onto the Murray Valley Highway (B400) towards Lake Hume Village. After about 5 km, turn left onto Little Mitta Street. Continue on Little Mitta Street, and you will arrive at Hume Dam, located at 3 Little Mitta St, Lake Hume Village, NSW 2640. There is no entry fee for visiting Hume Dam.

    To reach Hume Dam via public transportation, take a train from Goulburn to Albury. The trip may take approximately 2.5 hours. Upon arriving at Albury train station, you will need to catch a bus or taxi to Lake Hume Village. If taking a bus, check the local timetable for the Murray River Explorer service, which operates routes to Lake Hume. The bus ride will take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Lake Hume Village, you can walk to Hume Dam located at 3 Little Mitta St.
