Alternatively, from the Sundial Carpark, it's a 3.3-kilometer walk to Cool Chamber, also of moderate to hard difficulty. This route passes The Pinnacle, Silent Street and Bridal Veil Falls before reaching Cool Chamber.

To reach Cool Chamber using public transport, take a V/Line train from Melbourne to Stawell. From Stawell, a local bus service connects to Halls Gap. From Halls Gap, the Wonderland Loop trailhead is accessible from the Halls Gap Picnic Reserve. From the Information Centre/Grampians Rd bus stop in Halls Gap, it is approximately an 11-minute walk to the Halls Gap Picnic Reserve. From there, follow the Wonderland Loop. A short taxi ride from Halls Gap to the Wonderland Carpark will shorten the walking distance to Cool Chamber. V/Line train fare from Melbourne to Stawell: approximately $25 - $40. Local bus from Stawell to Halls Gap: approximately $5 - $10. Taxi from Halls Gap to Wonderland Carpark: approximately $15 - $25.

To reach Cool Chamber by car, drive to Halls Gap via the Western Highway (A8). From Halls Gap, follow signs to the Wonderland Carpark on Wonderland Road.
