Car
From Halls Gap, take Grampians Road (C216) north for approximately 6 km. Turn left onto Sundial Road and continue for about 2 km until you see signs for Lakeview Lookout. Parking is available at the Sundial Carpark. Note that roads within the National Park are subject to closures, especially during seasonal changes. Check current conditions before traveling.
Public Transport
Take a V-Line train to Ararat, then a connecting coach to Halls Gap. From Halls Gap, you can either walk approximately 6 km north on Grampians Road (C216) to Sundial Road, then follow Sundial Road for 2 km to the lookout, or arrange for a taxi. Taxi fares from Halls Gap are approximately $25-35 AUD. Check V-Line schedules and connecting coach services for current fares and times.
