Take the Western Highway towards Ballarat and continue for about 7 km until you reach the Zumsteins area. Turn left onto Rose Creek Road and follow the signs to Burrong Falls. The parking area is located near the trailhead. Note that there are no entry fees for Burrong Falls itself, but you may incur parking fees if you park in designated areas.
Public Transportation
Currently, there are limited public transportation options to reach Burrong Falls directly. However, you can take a bus from Melbourne to Halls Gap, which is the closest town in the Grampians. Once in Halls Gap, you may need to arrange a taxi or a rideshare service to get to the trailhead for Burrong Falls. Be sure to check the local bus schedules as they may not run frequently. The bus fare from Melbourne to Halls Gap is approximately AUD 30-40 one way.
Walking
Once you arrive at the Burrong Falls parking area, you will need to walk to the falls. The trailhead is well-marked, and the walk to the falls takes approximately 30 minutes one way.
