Car
If you are driving, start from Halls Gap, which is centrally located in the Grampians National Park. Head north on Grampians Road towards Northern Grampians Road. After approximately 3 km, turn right onto Northern Grampians Road. Continue for about 1.5 km, and you will find the Grand Canyon entrance on your left. There is a designated parking area where you can leave your car.
Public Transportation
To reach the Grand Canyon via public transport, take the V/Line bus service to Halls Gap from Melbourne or Ballarat. Upon arriving in Halls Gap, you can either walk or take a local taxi to the Grand Canyon. The walk will take approximately 30 minutes; head north on Grampians Road and then turn right onto Northern Grampians Road, following the same route as if you were driving. Alternatively, taxis are available in Halls Gap, and you can arrange for one to take you directly to the Grand Canyon.
Walking
If you're already in the vicinity of the Grand Canyon, you can walk from Halls Gap. From the center of Halls Gap, head north on Grampians Road, then turn right onto Northern Grampians Road. Follow this road for about 1.5 km to reach the Grand Canyon. The walk should take around 30 minutes and offers beautiful views along the way, so be sure to enjoy the scenery!
