Car
If you're traveling by car, head to Port Campbell along the Great Ocean Road. The Scenic Lookout is located directly on the Great Ocean Road at 0 Great Ocean Rd, Port Campbell VIC 3269. Use GPS coordinates -38.6171667, 142.9921286 in your navigation system for precise directions. If you're coming from Melbourne, take the M1 to Geelong and then follow the B100 route to the Great Ocean Road. This journey will take approximately 3 hours. Upon arrival, you’ll find parking available near the lookout area, but be sure to check for any parking fees which may apply.
Public Transportation
For those using public transport, take a V/Line train from Melbourne to Warrnambool. From Warrnambool, you can catch a bus (Bus Route 3) to Port Campbell. The bus trip takes about 1.5 hours. Once in Port Campbell, you can either walk or take a short taxi ride to reach the Scenic Lookout at 0 Great Ocean Rd. Keep in mind that bus schedules may vary, so check the V/Line and local bus service for the latest timetables. There may be a small fare for the bus from Warrnambool to Port Campbell, so have some cash ready.
