If you're driving from the main town of Albany, head north on Albany Highway (National Route 30) for about 3 hours until you reach the intersection with the Eyre Highway (National Route 1). Turn right onto Eyre Highway and continue for approximately 1 hour. Then, take the exit toward Kimba/Wilmington (B100) and continue on this road until you reach Wilmington. Once in Wilmington, follow the signs to Mount Remarkable National Park, and keep an eye out for Alligator Gorge signs. Note that parking may be available at the gorge entrance.
