Ben was exceptional! Ben was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Melbourne. He knew about all the animals in the Sanctuary. He created the places to visit to fill the day based on our interests. He was very flexible about time we spent touring and made sure we experienced special and unique places around Melbourne. Our lunch stop was at an outstanding restaurant on the beach with many gluten free options and beautiful views of the bay. The day was filled opportunities to see and learn about the beautiful city of Melbourne with a guide that is committed to exceeding the expectations of his customers. It is an experience not to be missed.

It really helped me connect with the city on a deeper level and feel like I understood its character, not just its landmarks. The small bus was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the journey very enjoyable. There were plenty of stops along the way, giving us great opportunities to take photos and soak in the views without feeling rushed. A nice bonus was the availability of plenty of water on board, which was especially appreciated during the day.
