From the Hobart Central Business District (CBD), head south on Elizabeth Street toward the waterfront. Continue straight until you reach Macquarie Street, then turn left. Walk along Macquarie Street until you reach the intersection with Campbell Street. Turn right onto Campbell Street and continue to the end where it meets South Hobart Road. Once you reach South Hobart Road, continue straight for about 1 km until you reach McRobies Road. Turn left onto McRobies Road, and Cascade Gardens will be on your right at 2 McRobies Rd.

From the Hobart CBD, walk to the bus stop located on Elizabeth Street near the corner of Macquarie Street. Catch the Metro Tasmania bus number 446 or 447 towards South Hobart. Stay on the bus for approximately 15-20 minutes, and get off at the stop for McRobies Road. After disembarking, walk a short distance down McRobies Road, and you will find Cascade Gardens on your right at 2 McRobies Rd.
