Bus
To reach Coal Valley Vineyard from Hobart, start at the Hobart City Bus Interchange located at Elizabeth Street. Take the Metro Tasmania bus number 719 towards Cambridge. The bus will take approximately 30 minutes to reach the Cambridge area. Get off at the Richmond Road stop. From there, walk north along Richmond Road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach 257 Richmond Rd, where the vineyard is located.
Walking
If you are in the central Hobart area, you can walk to Coal Valley Vineyard by heading southeast on Elizabeth Street towards the waterfront. Continue along the waterfront until you reach the Tasman Highway (A3). Cross the highway and follow the signs for Cambridge. It is a long walk (approximately 15 kilometers), so ensure you are prepared for a good trek. Alternatively, consider taking public transport for part of the journey.
