It features classical Regency style proportions with the addition of a predominant dormer window and entablatures to doorway and windows. No. 27 is the most pretentious of the group of four as it is built in ashlar sandstone whilst the others are rendered. It has bracketed eaves, a patterned slate roof, neo-classical dormer and a bracketed label over each front elevation penetration.
