Getting There

    From the city center of Hobart, head to the nearest bus stop at Elizabeth Street, near the intersection with Collins Street. Look for a bus marked with 'Ridgeway' or 'Huntingfield'. Board the bus and ensure it is heading towards Ridgeway. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the stop named 'Ridgeway Road', disembark and walk along Ridgeway Road for about 10-15 minutes until you reach Waterworks Reserve, which will be on your left. Follow the signs along the way.

    If you are in the city center, you can also consider walking to Waterworks Reserve, though it is quite a distance. Start by heading south along Macquarie Street, then continue onto Davey Street. Follow this road until you reach the junction with Sandy Bay Road. Turn left onto Sandy Bay Road, walk past the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens, and continue along the road for approximately 4 kilometers until you reach Ridgeway Road. Turn left on Ridgeway Road and walk for about 1 kilometer to reach Waterworks Reserve.
