Walking
Start at Salamanca Place in Hobart, a popular tourist area. Head east along Salamanca Place until you reach Davey Street. Turn left onto Davey Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with the Tasman Highway (A3). Cross the road carefully to get onto the footpath on the opposite side of the highway. Continue along the Tasman Highway towards the east for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You'll pass various shops and residential areas. Look for signs directing you to Rosny Hill Lookout. As you approach the Rosny Hill area, follow the signs that lead you to Conara Road. Turn left onto Conara Road, and the Tasman Bridge Lookout will be a short walk up the hill on your right.
Public Transport
From the Hobart City Centre, catch a Metro bus that goes towards Rosny Park or Bellerive. Buses number 612 or 614 often serve this route. Board the bus at the nearest bus stop to your location. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop nearest to Rosny Hill. Once you disembark, follow the signs leading to Conara Road. Walk up Conara Road for about 10 minutes, and you will reach the Tasman Bridge Lookout. Make sure to check the bus timetable for your return trip.
