Bus
From the Hobart city centre, walk to the bus stop at Elizabeth Street near the corner of Macquarie Street. Catch the Metro bus number 446 or 447 towards 'Glenorchy' or 'Kingston'. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the 'Pinnacle Road' bus stop. From there, walk along Pinnacle Road for about 1.5 km to reach the entrance of Wellington Park. The walk will take you through scenic views of nature.

If you are in the vicinity of the Salamanca Market, head towards the waterfront and follow the path along the Derwent River. Continue walking along the river until you reach the end of the docks. From there, take a left onto Davey Street. Walk uphill until you reach the bus stop on Elizabeth Street and then follow the bus instructions above to continue your journey to Wellington Park.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local bike rental shops. Start from the city centre and head towards the Tasman Bridge. Cross the bridge and follow the bike path that leads to Pinnacle Road. It's a scenic route that should take approximately 45 minutes to an hour. Once you reach Pinnacle Road, follow it to the entrance of Wellington Park.
