Car
If you're driving from the central Illawarra area, get onto the M1 Princes Motorway towards Sydney. Continue on the M1 for approximately 30 kilometers. Take the exit onto the Great Western Highway (A32) and follow the signs towards Katoomba. As you enter Katoomba, turn left onto Violet Street, and then take a right onto Cliff Drive. Scenic World will be on your left. Parking is available on-site, but there may be a fee of around AUD 10 for parking.

From any location in Illawarra, catch a train on the South Coast Line towards Sydney. Disembark at Katoomba Station. From Katoomba Station, it is approximately a 2.5 km walk to Scenic World. Alternatively, you can catch a local bus (Route 685) from Katoomba Station that will take you directly to Scenic World. A train ticket will vary in price depending on your starting location, but expect to pay around AUD 10-15.
