Car
From Wollongong city center, head north on Crown Street towards the M1 Princes Motorway. Merge onto the M1 Motorway and take exit 20 for Lawrence Hargrave Drive. Continue along Lawrence Hargrave Drive, enjoying the scenic views. After about 10 minutes, turn left onto Sublime Point Road, following the signs to Sublime Point Lookout. Continue up the winding road until you reach the parking area at the lookout. Parking is free, but it can fill up quickly on weekends.

Public Transportation (Train + Bus)
Take a train from Wollongong Station to Austinmer Station, which is part of the South Coast Line. The journey takes approximately 15 minutes. Once you arrive at Austinmer Station, exit the station and walk to the bus stop on Lawrence Hargrave Drive. Catch the 18 or 19 bus, which will take you up to Sublime Point. Keep in mind that bus schedules may vary, so check the local timetable ahead of time. The bus fare is around AUD 3-5, depending on your travel card.

Walking (from Austinmer)
If you prefer to walk from Austinmer, exit the train station and head west on Lawrence Hargrave Drive. After about 1 km, turn left onto Sublime Point Road. It will take you about 30-40 minutes to walk to Sublime Point Lookout, which is a great way to enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way. Ensure you wear comfortable shoes and bring water, especially on hot days.
