Voyager Park, situated in the heart of Huskisson, is a place of reflection and natural beauty. The park commemorates the lives of those who served Australia in both conflict and peacetime. It was dedicated on April 22, 1972, to honor the lives lost in Australia's worst peacetime naval disaster, the collision between H.M.A.S Voyager and H.M.A.S. Melbourne in 1964. The park features several memorials, including a granite stone with name plaques for the lost seamen, a Lone Pine Tree grown from a sapling from Gallipoli, and the Court of Remembrance, dedicated in 2019, honoring all who fought in the armed forces of Australia. The park provides a tranquil environment with maintained gardens and historical signage. Beyond its historical significance, Voyager Park offers fantastic views over Jervis Bay.
