Public Transport
From the Nelly Bay Ferry Terminal, the most common arrival point on Magnetic Island, take the 250 bus towards Arcadia. The bus ride is approximately 20 minutes, and the bus will drop you off near Marine Parade and Bright Avenue, a short walk from Geoffrey Bay. A single ride ticket costs around $3.80.
Taxi
Taxis are available at the Nelly Bay Ferry Terminal. A taxi ride to Geoffrey Bay in Arcadia will take approximately 15 minutes and cost around $30-$40. Magnetic Maxi Service operates the taxi service on Magnetic Island. Bookings are recommended.
Walking
From the Nelly Bay Ferry Terminal, it is approximately a 20-minute walk to the bus stop. From there take the bus to Geoffrey Bay in Arcadia. Alternatively, the walk from Nelly Bay to Geoffrey Bay is approximately 7km and will take over an hour.
