Car
If you're driving, start from the center of Mallee. Head northwest on the Murray Valley Highway (B400). After approximately 20 km, turn left onto Heading Rd. Continue on Heading Rd for about 10 km until you reach Heading Cliffs Lookout, located at 93 Heading Rd, Murtho SA 5340. There is no parking fee, and you can park near the lookout for easy access.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take the bus from Mallee to Renmark. From Renmark, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service to get to Heading Cliffs Lookout as public transport does not directly serve the lookout area. The taxi ride will take about 15 minutes and will cost approximately AUD 30-40.

If you are staying nearby, you can walk to the lookout. Follow Heading Rd towards the northwest for about 5 km from the nearest accommodation. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated, as the area can be quite hot.
