    Public Transport - Train

    Start by making your way to Flinders Street Station in the heart of Melbourne. From the station, take the Belgrave Line train towards Belgrave. The journey takes approximately 50 minutes. Get off at the Belgrave Station. Once you arrive, exit the station and catch bus number 688 towards Upwey. After about 15 minutes, get off at the stop named 'Olinda - The Georgian Rd'. From there, it's a short walk of about 10 minutes along The Georgian Rd to reach the Dandenong Ranges Botanic Garden.

    Public Transport - Bus

    If you are already near the CBD, you can take bus number 695 from the city to Olinda. The bus departs from the Melbourne Central Shopping Centre (Stop 4) and will take you directly to Olinda. The journey takes about an hour. Once you arrive at the Olinda bus stop, walk for about 15 minutes down The Georgian Rd to the Dandenong Ranges Botanic Garden.

    Walking

    If you are staying in the Olinda area, you can walk to the Dandenong Ranges Botanic Garden. From the town center, head southeast along Olinda-Monbulk Road. After approximately 10 minutes, turn left onto The Georgian Rd. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers, and you will see the entrance to the garden on your right side.
