Public Transport - Tram
If you are starting from the Melbourne CBD, head to the nearest tram stop. You can catch the Route 48 or 75 tram heading to North Balwyn or Vermont South, respectively. Once you board the tram, stay on until you reach the stop at 'Jolimont', which should take about 10-15 minutes. If you are near the Fitzroy Gardens, simply walk to the entrance located on Albert Street. Once inside the gardens, follow the paths leading towards the eastern section of the park. The Fairies Tree is located near the corner of Wellington Parade and is easily identifiable as a unique tree carved with fairy figures.
