Start your journey at Flinders Street Station in Melbourne. Purchase a ticket to Lilydale Station on the Metro train service. Trains to Lilydale run frequently, so check the schedule upon arrival. The journey takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive at Lilydale Station, exit the station and head to the bus stop located on the main road. Catch the Route 685 bus towards 'Yarra Glen'. This bus will take you to the closest stop to Yarra Yering. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at the 'Gruyere' stop. From there, you will have to walk about 1.5 kilometers (approximately 20 minutes) to reach Yarra Yering at 4 Briarty Rd. Follow Briarty Road until you arrive at the winery.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi or request a rideshare service (like Uber) from Melbourne city center.
