Walking
If you are starting from Flinders Street Station, exit the station and head towards Flinders Street. Cross the street and continue walking towards the Yarra River. You will see a pedestrian bridge, which is the Princes Bridge. Cross this bridge and continue straight along the Southbank Promenade. Follow the path along the river, and you will soon arrive at the Evan Walker Bridge, which connects Southbank to the city.

Public Transport - Tram
If you are close to a tram stop, take the tram to the Southbank area. The number 1, 3, 5, 6, 16, 64, and 67 trams all stop at Southbank. Get off at the stop called 'Southbank Boulevard'. From there, walk towards the Yarra River and follow the signs leading to the river promenade. Walk along the promenade, and you will reach the Evan Walker Bridge in about 5-10 minutes.

From Federation Square, head south towards the Yarra River. Walk down the steps to the riverbank, then turn left and follow the path along the river.
