If you are near Flinders Street Station, exit the station and head towards Flinders Street. Walk straight until you reach Swanston Street. Turn left onto Swanston Street and continue walking until you reach Bourke Street. Turn right onto Bourke Street. The Melbourne Visitor Booth will be located in Bourke Street Mall on your left side.

If you are near the Free Tram Zone, catch any tram that runs along Swanston Street (such as the City Circle Tram). Get off at the stop at Bourke Street and walk towards Bourke Street Mall. The Melbourne Visitor Booth is located at Bourke Street Mall. You will see it right in front of you as you exit the tram.
