Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from the Port Macquarie city center, head south on Horton Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Gordon Street. Turn left onto Gordon Street, and follow it for approximately 1.5 kilometers. Kooloonbung Creek Nature Park will be on your left. There is free parking available near the entrance.

  To reach Kooloonbung Creek Nature Park by public transport, you can take a local bus service that operates in Port Macquarie. Catch a bus that heads towards the town center and ask the driver to let you know when you reach the stop closest to Gordon Street. From there, it’s a short walk: head south on Gordon Street for about 500 meters, and you will see the entrance to the park on your right.   For those already in the vicinity, Kooloonbung Creek Nature Park is accessible by foot.
