Getting There

• Car

  From any location in the Mid North Coast, head towards the Pacific Highway (A1). If you're coming from Coffs Harbour, take the A1 north. If you're coming from Port Macquarie, take the A1 south. Once you reach Kempsey, follow the signs to South West Rocks. From Kempsey, continue on the Macleay Valley Way (B56) until you reach South West Rocks. Upon entering South West Rocks, follow the signs to Trial Bay Gaol, which is located at Arakoon NSW 2431. There is a parking area available near the beach.
