From the main entrance of Mount Field National Park, head southeast on Lake Dobson Road. Follow this road for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach the junction with Maydena Road. Turn right onto Maydena Road. Continue on Maydena Road for about 12 kilometers. You will pass through the small town of Maydena. Keep an eye out for Eagles Eyrie on your left, shortly after passing the Maydena area. Look for the signs indicating the entrance.
