From the main visitor center in Mount Field National Park, head north on Lake Fenton Road for approximately 3 kilometers. Turn left onto the Gordon River Road and continue for about 12 kilometers until you reach the turnoff for Florentine Road. Turn right onto Florentine Road and drive for approximately 5 kilometers. The Tyenna Big Tree Reserve will be on your left. There is no entry fee for the reserve.
