From Mount Wellington, head towards the city center of Hobart. Take the Southern Outlet (A6) towards Hobart. Continue on A6 for approximately 20 minutes. As you approach the city, follow the signs for the city center. Once you reach the city, turn left onto Macquarie Street. Continue straight until you reach Elizabeth Street. Turn right onto Elizabeth Street, and your destination, Tahiti Felix's Master Tattoo, will be located on the left at 1/55 Elizabeth St, Hobart TAS 7000.

From Mount Wellington, you can catch a bus to Hobart city center. Look for the bus stop with services heading towards Hobart. The bus route may vary, but you should aim to get on a bus that goes to 'Elizabeth Street'. After around 20-30 minutes, disembark at the closest stop to Elizabeth Street. Once you are off the bus, walk towards Elizabeth Street and head north. You will find Tahiti Felix's Master Tattoo at 1/55 Elizabeth St, Hobart TAS 7000, on your left.
