From the city center of Hobart, head southwest on Elizabeth Street toward Campbell Street. Continue onto Davey Street, following signs for South Arm Highway/A3. Merge onto the A1 highway and follow it until you reach the junction for the A10 highway. Take the exit onto the A10 highway towards Mount Wellington. Continue on the A10 until you reach the Fern Tree area. From Fern Tree, take the Old Farm Fire Trail. Follow this trail for approximately 4.5 kilometers until you reach Junction Cabin. Be aware that parking may be limited near the cabin.
