Car
From Armidale, take the New England Highway (A15) north towards Tamworth. Continue on A15 until you reach the junction with the Oxley Highway. Turn left onto the Oxley Highway and follow it until you reach the town of Baradine. Once in Baradine, turn right onto Wellington Street, and you will find the Pilliga Forest Discovery Centre at 50 Wellington St, Baradine NSW 2396. The total driving distance is approximately 160 km, and it should take around 2 hours.
Public Transportation
Take a bus from Armidale to Baradine. Check the schedules for the local bus service, which usually operates a few times daily. Once you arrive in Baradine, you can either walk or take a taxi to the Pilliga Forest Discovery Centre located at 50 Wellington St. The walk is about 1.5 km and should take around 20 minutes. Alternatively, you can call a local taxi service for a quicker ride.

If you are coming from Tamworth, head west on the New England Highway (A15) towards Gunnedah. At Gunnedah, take the Oxley Highway (B56) west towards Baradine. The total driving distance from Tamworth is approximately 90 km and should take about 1 hour.
Car
For those traveling from Coonabarabran, take the Castlereagh Highway (A39) east towards Baradine. As you approach Baradine, turn left onto Wellington Street, and the Pilliga Forest Discovery Centre will be on your right at 50 Wellington St, Baradine NSW 2396. The total distance is about 60 km, taking approximately 45 minutes.
