From Noosa Heads, head to the Noosa Junction bus stop. Take the Sunbus Route 626 towards Mooloolaba. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Mooloolaba Esplanade stop. From there, walk towards the beach, and you will find Mooloolaba along the waterfront.

If you have access to a bicycle, you can ride from Noosa to Mooloolaba. Start on the Noosa River pathway and follow it south until you reach the end. You will need to navigate through the connecting streets towards the Mooloolaba Esplanade. The total ride is about 15 km and can take around 1 hour, depending on your pace.
