If you are starting from Noosa Heads, head towards Noosa National Park. Begin by walking towards the entrance of the park located on Park Road. Once you enter the park, follow the well-marked coastal track. This scenic route will lead you through lush vegetation and along the coastline. After approximately 20 minutes of walking, you will reach a fork in the path; take the left fork to continue towards Tea Tree Bay Beach. After another 10 minutes, you will see the beach entrance on your right. Continue walking down the path to reach the sandy shores of Tea Tree Bay Beach.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from any local rental shop in Noosa Heads. From your starting point, cycle towards Noosa National Park via Park Road. Once you reach the entrance of the park, park your bike in the designated area. Then, follow the coastal track on foot as described above. Remember, bikes are not allowed on the coastal track, so you will need to walk the last part of the journey.
