Public Transport - Bus

From Surfers Paradise, walk to the nearest bus stop located on the Gold Coast Highway. Look for the stop named 'Surfers Paradise, Cavill Ave'. Take the bus number 750 towards 'Gold Coast Airport'. Stay on the bus for approximately 50 minutes until you reach the stop 'Canungra'. From here, you will need to transfer to a local bus. Look for the 'Canungra to O'Reilly' bus service and board it. This bus will take you up to O'Reilly's Rainforest Retreat, which is very close to Kamarun Lookout. Once you get off the bus at O'Reilly's, it is a short 10-minute walk to Kamarun Lookout along Kamarun Lookout Road.

Taxi or Rideshare

If you prefer a more direct route, you can use a taxi or rideshare service like Uber. Open your rideshare app and enter 'Kamarun Lookout, LOT 496 Kamarun Lookout Rd, O'Reilly QLD 4275' as your destination. The driver will pick you up from your location in Surfers Paradise and take you directly to Kamarun Lookout. The journey will take approximately 40-50 minutes depending on traffic conditions.
