To reach The Bungle Bungles (Purnululu National Park) by car, start your journey from the nearest major town, Kununurra, which is approximately 300 km away. Take the Victoria Highway (National Route 1) heading west towards Halls Creek. After about 70 km, turn right onto the Bungle Bungles Road (also known as Purnululu Road). This road is unsealed and may require a 4WD vehicle, especially during the wet season. Follow the Bungle Bungles Road for about 50 km until you reach the entrance of the park. Please note that a park entry fee applies, which is AUD 13 per adult (valid for 3 days). Ensure you check the road conditions before your trip, as access can vary depending on the weather.
