If you're traveling by car, start from Alice Springs, which is approximately 300 kilometers away. Take the Lasseter Highway (National Route 87) heading south. After about 200 kilometers, turn onto the Luritja Road. Continue on Luritja Road for about 90 kilometers, following the signs to Watarrka National Park. The Kings Canyon Carpark is located at the end of this road. There are no entry fees to the park, and parking is available at the carpark.
Public Transport
If you prefer public transportation, you can take a bus from Alice Springs to Kings Canyon. Bus services such as the 'Greyhound Australia' offer routes to nearby locations.
