Once in Wagga Wagga, follow the signs towards the city center and then take the Murrumbidgee River Road which will lead you towards the Howard Smith Wharves. Look for Boundary Street signs as you approach, and you will find your destination at 5 Boundary St, Brisbane City, QLD 4000.
