Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the town center of Renmark. Head south on Renmark Ave towards the Sturt Highway (A20). After about 1.5 kilometers, turn left onto the Sturt Highway (A20) and continue for approximately 5 kilometers. Take the exit towards Murtho Road and follow the signs to Murtho. Canoe the Riverland is located at Box 289/835 Murtho Rd, which is about 4 kilometers down Murtho Rd. Keep an eye out for the Canoe the Riverland sign on your right.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a bus from Renmark to Paringa. Buses run regularly, and the journey takes about 15-20 minutes. Once you reach Paringa, you will need to catch a taxi or rideshare to Canoe the Riverland at Box 289/835 Murtho Rd, which is approximately 6 kilometers away. Taxi fares may vary, so it's advisable to check with the driver before your trip.
Bicycle
If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bike in Renmark and head towards Murtho. Follow the same route as the car directions, taking Renmark Ave to the Sturt Highway (A20) and then onto Murtho Rd. The ride is approximately 10 kilometers and will take about 30-40 minutes. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow all road safety rules.
Walking
For the adventurous, walking from Renmark to Canoe the Riverland is possible but will take some time. Start at the Renmark town center and head south on Renmark Ave towards Sturt Highway (A20). Continue on the highway for about 5 kilometers until you reach the Murtho exit. From there, it's another 4 kilometers down Murtho Rd to reach your destination. This walk could take approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, so prepare accordingly with water and sun protection.
