If you're traveling by car, head towards the Wilsons Promontory National Park. From Melbourne, take the M1 freeway south towards Gippsland. Continue on the M1 until you reach the exit for the South Gippsland Highway (A440). Follow the A440 until it merges into the Promontory Road. Continue on Promontory Road until you reach the entrance of Wilsons Promontory National Park. There is an entry fee of approximately AUD 17 per vehicle. Once inside the park, follow the signs to Squeaky Beach, which is about a 30-minute drive from the entrance. There is a designated parking area near the beach.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a train from Melbourne to Leongatha via the V/Line service. This journey will take approximately 2.5 hours. Upon arriving in Leongatha, you will need to catch a bus to Wilsons Promontory National Park. Make sure to check the bus schedules in advance, as they may not run frequently. Once at the park entrance, you can either walk (approximately 7 km) or take a shuttle service if available to Squeaky Beach. Note that there may be an additional cost for the shuttle service.
