If you're traveling by car, start from the town of Kenilworth, Queensland. From Kenilworth, head northwest on Elizabeth Street, which will turn into the Booloumba Creek Road after a short distance. Follow Booloumba Creek Road for about 8 kilometers until you reach the Booloumba Falls car park. The road is unsealed and may require a 4WD depending on the weather conditions. Parking is free at the designated car park.

For those using public transportation, take a bus from Brisbane to Kenilworth. Several bus services operate from Brisbane to Kenilworth, and you can check the schedules on the Queensland Transport website. Once you arrive in Kenilworth, you will need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to take you to Booloumba Falls, as public transport does not operate directly to the falls. The taxi ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Be sure to confirm the cost with the driver before departing.

Once you've parked at the Booloumba Falls car park, you'll need to walk approximately 1.5 kilometers along a well-marked walking track to reach the falls. The track is relatively easy and suitable for most fitness levels, but be sure to wear comfortable shoes. The scenic walk will take around 30 minutes, and you will be rewarded with beautiful views of the falls once you arrive.
