Car

If you are starting from Cairns, take the Captain Cook Highway (A1) south for about 30 kilometers. After passing through Gordonvale, take the exit for the Gillies Highway (State Route 25) towards Atherton. Follow the Gillies Highway for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach the turn-off for Josephine Falls. Turn left onto Josephine Falls Road and continue for about 2 kilometers until you arrive at the parking area. Note: Parking is free.

From Cairns, take a bus service to Gordonvale. Once in Gordonvale, you will need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to take you to Josephine Falls, as there are no direct public transport options to the falls.
