Start at the Surfers Paradise Esplanade. Head north along the Esplanade towards the Southport area. You will pass by various shops and cafes along the way. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Gold Coast Highway (State Route 2). Cross the highway at the pedestrian crossing to reach the other side.
