There is no entry fee for the picnic area.

From Penrith Station, take Bus Route 786 towards Silverdale and get off at the stop for Wolstenholme Ave. Walk about 1.5 km down Wolstenholme Ave to reach Bents Basin Road picnic area at 525 Wolstenholme Ave, Silverdale NSW 2745. Note that bus tickets cost around AUD 5-7 depending on the time of travel.
