If you're traveling by car, head south from Sydney along the M1 Motorway. Follow signs for Wollongong, and continue on the M1 until you reach the exit for Mount Ousley Road. Take the exit and follow Mount Ousley Road, which will turn into the Southern Freeway. Continue straight until you reach the Wollongong city center. Turn left onto Crown Street, then right onto Endeavour Drive. Follow Endeavour Drive and look for Flagstaff Point Lighthouse, located at lot 2500/LOT 2 Endeavour Dr, Wollongong NSW 2500. There is parking available near the lighthouse, but it may incur a fee depending on the time of day.
Public Transportation
To reach Flagstaff Point Lighthouse using public transportation, you can take a train from Sydney to Wollongong. Board a South Coast Line train from Sydney's Central Station and enjoy the scenic ride, which takes about 1.5 hours. Once you arrive at Wollongong Station, exit the station and catch a bus (Route 55 or 56) towards Wollongong CBD.
