Car
If you're driving from Sydney CBD, take the M1 Pacific Motorway towards Newcastle. Follow the signs for the M1 and continue on the motorway. After approximately 80 km, take the exit toward Wyong and merge onto the Pacific Motorway (M1). Continue for about 10 km and take the exit for The Entrance Road. Follow The Entrance Road and signs toward Ocean Beach. The beach is located at New South Wales 2257. Look for parking areas along the beachfront.
Train and Bus
From Sydney Central Station, take the Central Coast & Newcastle Line train toward Newcastle. Get off at Wyong Station (about a 1-hour journey). Once at Wyong, exit the station and catch Bus Route 75 or 76 towards The Entrance. The bus will take you directly to Ocean Beach. The beach is a short walk from the bus stop, which is located near the beachfront.
Public Transport - Bus Only
From Gosford, catch Bus Route 29 towards The Entrance. This bus will take you directly to Ocean Beach. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the latest departure times. The bus stop is conveniently located near the beach, and upon arrival, it's just a short stroll to reach the sandy shores.
